This is made from 100% Garganega grapes from the Cantina Monteforte in the Veneto, made by Matt Thomson, the highly regarded New Zealand winemaker. The emphasis is on ripe fruit, whilst maintaining the powerful herbal aromatics of this wonderful indigenous grape variety. Delicious with chicken dishes and grilled fish.
